AHC Advisors, Inc. is a growing fee-only wealth management and financial planning company with offices in St. Charles, IL and Des Moines, IA. AHC specializes in helping both individuals and institutions to achieve their financial goals.

Operations Manager

Responsible for managing the daily activities within the operations department, which include investment trading, billing, reporting, managing new account opening process, client requests (wire, ACH), create/continually improve office procedures, develop, oversee, and maintain company processes, and manage general office operations and systems.

Qualifications include minimum of 3 years’ experience in investment management, RIA, and/or financial advisory service operations, Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, finance, or economics, proficient with software and Office products.

 

Business Development Officer

Responsible primarily for developing new business, with relatively little responsibility (less than 10% of their time) for managing client relationships, providing advice, or servicing clients. Responsible for sales, marketing strategy and implementation, PR, and outreach.

Qualifications includes 5+ years’ experience, with demonstrated results in business development and sales, Bachelors from accredited college or university, Series 65, CFP (preferred), experience with CRM, email drip software, social media and Office products.

 

Lead Advisor

Responsible for developing new business, managing existing client relationships, nurturing a relationship with new clients, and working with and/or supervising other staff in client service delivery.

Qualifications include minimum of 3 years’ experience in investment management and/or financial advisory services with a demonstrated ability to nurture and manage client relationships, Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; CFP® designation (preferred), Series 65, proficiency in planning and investment software, Office products.
